The Shrine St. Anthony of Padua (Sulangan), Also known as the Sulangan Church, the shrine was dedicated to St. Anthony de Padua who is the Patron Saint of lost items, lost people, and lost spiritual goods. Locals and devotees troop to the church because of it is believed to miraculous. People offer prayers to St. Anthony with the faith that he will grant it to them.



The Immaculate Conception Parish Church in Guiuan, Eastern Samar, Philippines, was founded by the Jesuits in 1595 and completed by the Franciscans in 1844. The church is a National Cultural Treasure and is considered one of the finest examples of Spanish colonial architecture in the Philippines. It was severely damaged by Typhoon Haiyan in 2013 but has since been restored, including the natural shells and coral decorations that are unique to the church.
